RESOLUTION 2007-4

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO APPROVING A COLLECTION SERVICE FEE OF THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS ($35.00) FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS AS APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN AS FOLLOWS:

The Mayor and City Council unanimously hereby pass a resolution enacting a collection service fee of *Thirty five Dollars* ($35.00) for all returned checks. Said fee will cover the cost of administrative and collection costs. Fee will be collected either by adding fee to customers account or accepting direct payment from customer.

PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the City of Georgetown. Idaho this 3 day of April 2007.
