Ordinance #113: Annexation – Stringtown Road Parcel (Re-recorded)

Annexes approximately 2.9 acres — a portion of Lot 16 of the Stringtown Road Replat — into the corporate limits of the City of Georgetown, and directs that the land be zoned residential.

This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 109 in its entirety. The original annexation was not recognized by the Idaho State Tax Commission because the legal description did not match the supplied map; the City corrected the inconsistency and re-recorded the annexation with a matching map and legal description.
