Water & Sewer Service Request

Required to start water and sewer service at a property in Georgetown. The form covers your responsibility for service lines within your property boundaries, monthly billing terms, and the requirement that all water connections have a backflow prevention device. Includes a welcome letter for new residents.

To submit: Sign the form and return it to City Hall with a copy of your driver’s license. Bring it in during office hours or mail it to City of Georgetown, P.O. Box 99, Georgetown, ID 83239.

Buy a Brick – Memorial Brick Order

This program is run by the Northern Bear Lake Valley Foundation, Inc. — not by the City. Order an engraved memorial brick with three lines of up to 20 letters, numbers, or spaces per line. All orders are custom and payment is required with the order.

Make checks or money orders payable to Northern Bear Lake Valley Foundation, Inc. and mail the completed order to P.O. Box 224, Georgetown, ID 83239.
