Sets the deposit required under Ordinance No. 96 for a permit to dig, excavate, or alter any City road at $3,050.00. This amount is paid by all applicants seeking permission to disturb a City road.
The deposit is refundable. Once the project is complete, the City inspects the site; if the road has been restored to a safe and passable condition matching its prior state, the deposit is returned to the applicant.
Passed March 2025. The deposit amount may be modified from time to time by further resolution of the City Council.
