Raises the fee to connect a property to the City water system and the City sewer system from $1,500 each to $5,000 each connection.
Any additional costs incurred in establishing a connection — parts, labor, equipment, road repair, and similar — are the responsibility of the property owner requesting the connection, on top of the connection fee.
A public hearing was held January 25, 2023. Passed and approved January 25, 2023.
