Resolution #2018-1: 2019 Property Tax Levy Correction

STATE OF IDAHO, CITY OF GEORGETOWN
RESOLUTION NO. 2018-001

WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown included the forgone amount of $325.00 in its FY 2018-2019 budget, and,
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown requires this extra revenue to fulfill its obligations, and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown has met the notice and hearing requirements in Section 63-802, Idaho Code,

Now therefore be it resolved, BY THE MAJORITY VOTE TAKEN BY THE City Council of the City of Georgetown on September 4, 2018, that the above stated amount be included in the property tax to be levied in 2019.
