RESOLUTION #2006-1

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO APPROVING THE RENAMING OF BECKY LANE TO HORSESHOE LANE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN AS FOLLOWS:

The Mayor and City Council unanimously hereby and henceforth, rename BECKY LANE, a dedicated city road located on Parcel #102 on Plat #T6386-4200 in the Curtis Subdivision to HORSESHOE LANE located within the city limits of the City of Georgetown. Said change shall be recorded in the Bear Lake County Recorders Office.

PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the city, of Georgetown, Idaho, this 6th day of DECEMBER, 2005 .
