RESOLUTION # 2005-2

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT OF A TWENTY-FIVE DOLLAR ($25.00) FILING AND COLLECTION FEE FOR DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER CHARGES WHICH HAVE TO BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OFFICE IN ORDER TO OBTAIN COLLECTION.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN AS FOLLOWS:

The Mayor and members of the City Conncil, hereby, approve a TWENTY FIVE DOLLAR ($25.00) collection and filing fee for delinquent water and sewer charges which have to be filed with the county clerk office in order to obtain collection. Said collection and filing fee will be added to the delinquent charges and the already existing shut off fee.

PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR ofthe City of Georgetown, Idaho this 1st day of March 2005.
