A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN

SETTING A TIME LINE FOR COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER CHARGES AS APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN

Whereas, the City Council did pass and approve a time line for the collection of delinquent water and sewer charges. Said time line was approved during a public city council meeting of 5 May 2009.

Whereas, motion was made and unanimously approved by the council to designate the 2nd Wednesday of each month with time being 11:00 am for shut off to occur for accounts delinquent 60 days and over.

Whereas, delinquent account residence will receive notice stating amount over due and shut off date and time designated on letter.

Whereas, shut offs will occur to delinquent account residence as stated per written notice without personal contact from any city official or employee on said date and time.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Idaho the approved time line for collection of delinquent water and sewer charges will become effective 5 May 2009 and continue until repealed.
