Resolution #2007-3: Reserve Lift Pumps

RESOLUTION 2007-3

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO APPROVING THE SEWER DEPARTMENT TO RETAIN TWO (2) PUMPS TO BE HELD IN RESERVE AT ALL TIMES FOR THE LIFT STATION AS APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN AS FOLLOWS:

The Mayor and the City Council unanimously hereby approve the sewer department of the City of Georgetown retain two (2) pumps to be held in reserve at all times for the lift station. Said pumps shall be in good working order and may be of new or rebuilt status.
