Resolution #2004-1: Termination of “B” Street In the Cemetery
RESOLUTION # 2004-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO APPROVING OF THE TERMINATION OF “B” STREET IN THE GEORGETOWN CEMETERY AND THE AFOREMENTIONED SECTION TURNED INTO BURIAL PLOTS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and City Council, hereby, terminates “B” Street, as labeled on the Cemetery map, and approves the same for sectioning of burial plots to be sold for burial purposes only. All burial plots in this section of said cemetery are subject to Ordinance #64 in its entirety.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR of the City of Georgetown, Idaho, this 4th day of May 2004.
