Resolution #2011-1: Temporary Use Permit Fee

 

RESOLUTION #001-2011

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN

ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR TEMPORARY USE PERMITS

ISSUED TO PROPERTY OWNERS WHO HAVE MADE

APPLICATION TO LIVE IN NON-CONFORMING

MANUFACTURED/MOBILE/MODULAR/RV/OR CAMP TRAILERS

WHILE CONSTRUCTING A PERMANENT RESIDENCE AS

APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF GEORGETOWN:

Whereas, the City Council of the City of Georgetown did pass and approve a fee for temporary use permits as permitted by Ordinance #70.  Said permit was approved during a public City Council meeting held on 3, May 2011.

Whereas, motion was made and unanimously approved by the council to designate a fee of $25.00 for the temporary use permit as permitted by Ordinance #70.

Whereas, said permit will allow property owners to reside in a non-conforming manufactured/mobile/modular/RV/ or camp trailer for the period of one (1) year while building a permanent residence.

Whereas, if said property owner needs more time to finish construction, upon requesting more time the City Council will require an additional fee amount in the amount of $25.00 for each additional six (6) month period of time.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Idaho the approved fee schedule for a temporary use permit as permitted by Ordinance #70 is $25.00 for one (1) year while building a permanent residence; as additional time is needed an additional fee of $25.00 for each additional six (6) month period of time will be enacted.  Said fee schedules shall become effective 3 May 2011 as per approval of City Council at their May 2011 council meeting.
