Biographical Information:

Joe Declark was born and raised in Montpelier. He moved to Georgetown in 1970. He and his wife Connie are parents to five sons and one daughter. Joe has worked all of his life as a mechanic and during the summers works for the Forest Service.

Joe served for eight years as the Mayor of Georgetown. After a four-year hiatus, he ran for City Council and is in the second year of his term in office.
