ORDINANCE #9
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF FINES AND COSTS IMPOSED FOR THE VIOLATION OF VILLAGE ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Chairman and Board of the Village of Georgetown, Idaho.
SECTION I
That in all cases of prosecution in accordance with the ordinances of Georgetown, Idaho, the defendant in case of conviction shall pay all costs of prosecution in addition to the fine imposed.
SECTION II
That if fines and costs for the violation of any ordinances are not paid, the party or parties convicted shall be confined at the rate of $1.50 per day until the amount is thus paid; all such persons shall be made to work as far as practicable upon some public work under the direction of the Board.
