AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO AMENDING ORDINANCE #49 MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE CABLE SYSTEM ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN; AMENDING THE PREMIERE CABLE II, LTD. COMPANY NAME; ADDING INTERNET SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CURRENT APPROVAL AND PASSAGE DATES; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE FOR SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR SUSPENSION TO READ THE ORDINANCE THREE (3) TIMES;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: Cable Company Name Change: The City Council of the City of Georgetown hereby amends Ordinance #49 from the Premiere Cable II, LTD. company name and replaces it with Independent Cable Systems of Idaho as the company now owning and operating the cable system franchise.

Section 2: Adding Internet Services: The City Council of the City of Georgetown hereby amends Ordinance #49 to include the following provisions: internet services as part of the telecommunication signals distributed through the existing cable system.

Section 3: Reading Requirements of Idaho Code 50-902: One half (½) plus one (1) of the members of the full council agree to dispense with the rule requiring the reading of this ordinance on three (3) separate occasions.

Section 4: Effective Date: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval, and publication as provided by law.
