Ordinance #62: Right of Way Widths

ORDINANCE #62

AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTHS IN THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Georgetown, Idaho:

Section 1: Establishing widths:

All road right-of-ways in the City of Georgetown shall be a minimum of 60 (sixty) feet. The asphalt portion shall be a width of not less than 25 (twenty-five) feet.

Section 2: Approval:

All fill, grading, thickness of asphalt, etc., shall be subject to acceptance at engineering standards and/or determined by the proper City authority.

Section 3: Effective date:

This Ordinance shall be in force and effect the 4th day of June, 1996.

Passed by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Idaho this the 4th day of June, 1996.
