ORDINANCE #3

AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE NAMING AND NUMBERING OF THE STREETS OF THE VILLAGE OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Chairman and Board of the Village of Georgetown, Idaho:

SECTION I

That the streets in and of the said Village of Georgetown, in the County of Bear Lake and State of Idaho, shall be and the same are hereby named, numbered, designated and hereafter to be known as follows, to wit:

Commencing with the County road to be named Main Street and the street east of said Main Street shall be called East Street, the street west of said Main Street shall be called West Street and beginning at the south line the first street running east and west shall be called First Street, the second – Second Street and running north there from, Third Street, Fourth Street, Fifth Street, and B Street.  The street running south from Fourth Street at John Hayes’ corner shall be called Hayes Street.

AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE #3

ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO, CHANGING THE NAMES OF THE STREETS OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and the City Council of Georgetown, Idaho:

Ordinance #3 of the City of Georgetown is hereby amended in the following particulars.  The name of B Street is hereby changed to Sixth Street.  The name of Fourth Street is hereby changed to Stringtown Road.  The street running east and west which is the first street north of Sixth Street is hereby named Seventh Street.
