ORDINANCE #12
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PROVIDING FEE OF THE POLICE FOR COLLECTING LICENSES AND DOG TAXES AND THE KILLING OF ALL UNTAXED DOGS THAT ARE RUNNING AT LARGE IN THE VILLAGE OF GEORGETOWN.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Chairman and Board of the Village of Georgetown, Idaho:–
SECTION I
That the police shall receive for his fee $.25 of all licenses collected by him and $.25 of all dog taxes collected by him, and shall receive $.50 for each untaxed dog killed by him or by his order.
