ORDINANCE #11
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE GENERAL APPORTIONMENT OF THE FUNDS OF THE VILLAGE OF GEORGETOWN, IDAHO, BEING THE ANNUAL APPORTIONMENT BILL OF SAID VILLAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Chairman and Board of the Village of Georgetown, Idaho.
SECTION I
That all monies coming into the Village treasury from taxation, licenses, fines, forfeitures, penalties and any and all sources whatever shall be, and the same are hereby distributed into two funds designated as follows, to-wit:
The Contingent Fund
The General Fund
